Amanda Seyfried and Rachel Zegler To Star In Musical Film ‘"Octet"

Amanda Seyfried and Rachel Zegler are set to star in "Octet", the Lin-Manuel Miranda-directed film version of Dave Malloy’s stage musical.

In movie will also star Jonathan Groff, Sheryl Lee Ralph, Gaten Matarazzo, Phillipa Soo, Paul-Jordan Jansen and Tramell Tillman.

Eight internet-obsessed people meet in a church basement and lock their phones in a box. The musical follows the octet as they struggle with digital dependency, charting their compulsions using only the analog vibrancy of their own voices.
