Ryan Reynolds To Star In "Eloise"

Ryan Reynolds, Sally Hawkins, David Haig, Victor Garber, Max Casella, Mae Schenk and Isaac Bae are set to star in a live-action adaptation of "Eloise". Amy Sherman-Palladino is directing from a script she co-wrote with Hannah Marks and Linda Woolverton.

The family film’s logline is currently under wraps but will be a wholly original adventure based on the beloved children’s book series written by Kay Thompson and illustrated by Hilary Knight. Schenk will play the titular character, with Reynolds playing new original villain.
