Kelly Gale To Star In 'Jo Nesbo's Detective Hole' Series

Kelly Gale is set to star in new "Jo Nesbo’s Detective Hole" series for Netflix. Crime series is based on the novels from Norwegian author Jo Nesbø.

In series will also star Tobias Santelmann, Joel Kinnaman, Pia Tjelta, Peter Stormare, Anders Baasmo, Ellen Helinder, Simon J. Berger, Ingrid Bolsø Berdal, Kåre Conradi, Fridtjov Såheim, Eili Harboe, Atle Antonsen, Manish Sharma, Henriette Steenstrup, Jesper Christensen, Kristoffer Joner, Linn Skåber, Jonas Strand Gravli, Sonny Lindberg, Agnes Kittelsen, Nader Khademi, Agot Sendstad, Maja Christiansen, Frank Kjosås, Oddgeir Thune, Ravdeep Singh Bajwa, Henrik Mestad, Ingar Helge Gimle, Helge Jordal and Eirik Hallert. Director Anna Zackrisson has also joined the production.

Jo Nesbo’s Detective Hole is a whodunnit serial killer mystery led by famed anti-hero detective Harry Hole (Santelmann). Underneath the surface, this series is a nuanced character drama about two police officers — and supposed colleagues — operating on opposite sides of the law. Throughout the first season, Harry goes head-to-head with his long-time adversary and corrupt detective, Tom Waaler (Kinnaman). Harry is a brilliant but tormented homicide detective who struggles with his demons. As the two navigate the blurred ethical lines of the criminal justice system, Harry must do all he can to catch a serial killer and bring Waaler to justice before it is too late.
